Solihulls Most Active Commercial Property Agent in 2023

Shepherd Commercial have been announced as the most active agent in Solihull for 2023 and the 7th most active agent in the West Midlands.

Concluding 17 deals in the Solihull town centre in 2023, we topped the leaderboards as the most active property agent.

Amounting to 20,000sqft of deals completed, Shepherd Commercial are thrilled to have continued to work alongside Solihull clients and businesses to achieve their commercial objectives.

As for the West Midlands, Shepherd Commercial landed 7th in the region for most deals completed, trailing the likes of CBRE, Avison Young, and Savills.

Despite this, our Director – Kaine Arkinson has achieved the Most Active Agent in the West Midlands for 2023, amounting 48 deals in the year.

Looking to 2024
