Shepherd Commercial is delighted to announce the appointment of Robert Birch to our Solihull office.

Robert joins our ranks as Associate Director, with key focus points on both our consultancy and agency departments. Foreseeing the expansion of Shepherd’s agency stock and supporting existing transactions through their life-cycle.

Appointment

Robert Birch boasts an extensive property career spanning 35 years working within and alongside both national and international organisations.

Along with spearheading his own development consultancy, Robert has overseen projects for several high-profile clients including Calthorpe Estates and Helical Retail.

Having acted as origination partner for Gridserve most recently, Birch has also worked for Coltham Developments, Ashfield Land and Hinton Group.
