Shepherd Expands To EG (Estates Gazette)

Shepherd Commercial are proud to have expanded to Estate Gazette.

We’re proud to announce that we have finally expanded our marketing and analytical tool data to EG.

EG is one of the last major CRE sites and marketing tools that Shepherd do not currently utilise. Previously we’ve used major platforms such as Realla, Zoopla and Rightmove as well as slightly smaller sub sites such as PrimeLocation and Movehut, but as of today we can finally say we utilise EG and its products.

This is a small but significant move which allows us to further position our marketed properties and their info to even more prospective tenants and buyers, in an effort to push our properties to even more eyes. EG attracts over 4 million unique users to its platforms and our move to partner our brand was an easy choice. Ranking number 1 on search results for over 230 key CRE terms, we added EG to our number of platforms to enhance listings and even further improve our marketing strategies for client.
