Shepherd adds Re-Leased Software

Shepherd Commercial have signed contracts to utilise Re-Leased commercial management software.

We’re pleased to announce we have added re-leased software to our companies analytical and management toolbox. We use a huge variety of software’s and platforms to digitalise and modernise the commercial property management sector and are delighted to have added a behemoth tool to our arsenal.
In early January, Shepherd made the decision to proceed with re-leased software and begin utilising their software to continue to deliver outstanding management service to our clients. Our portfolio of managing properties is increasing each working day and we strive to provide pro-active management solutions backed by analytical data and traditional professionalism. Re-leased provide a great platform for our agents to utilise their skills and manage commercial assets to their most efficient levels.
Over the last 3 months we’ve worked hard behind the scenes to upload and prepare our move onto the cloud based management system and we’re proud to say we’re nearly there. In the next 6 weeks or so, Shepherd are hoping to be up and live on re-leased and delivering the best in class management services to our network. The move comes as we push the boundaries on digitalisation of the commercial sector and look to improve our service every single day.
