Rural barn conversion taken over by Spartan

This week, Spartan Direct Ltd, a specialist storage solution firm who deliver consultation on office and warehouse assets ranging from pallet racking installation to mezzanine floors and industrial equipment, took occupation of Unit 2 Dairy Barns, Hockley Heath.

Dairy Barns is a multi-storey rural barn conversion with front yard parking and a modern country-side fit out. Equipped with 2 reception rooms and server storage the Hockley Heath based office premise is now Spartan Direct Ltd’s new home for operation. The firm which has been a industry leading warehouse solutions provider since 1982 secured the tenancy before Christmas and after finalisations, moved to the new premises this week.
