We’re pleased to announce our Birmingham City Centre office in Brindleyplace is now operational and proving solid foundations for our continued expansion throughout the West Midlands.

As a leading commercial property agent in Birmingham, the growth showcases our dedication to providing a first-class service of consultancy, sales & lettings, and commercial property management.

Brindleyplace is starting with four members of staff and will see headcount grow over the next few years with Shepherd Commercial expanding the reach from our established Solihull office.

The new base provides a closer client experience to our city centre contacts and allows us to operate more efficiently with CBD clients, with the majority being based within a 10-minute walk of our second home.
