According to EG Radius data, the average price of an industrial warehouse in the United Kingdom in the last 12 months was £537,000 for units between 1 and 10,000sqft.

Up 13% from the previous year, industrial factories, units and warehouses are now averaging £537,000 on freehold transactions for the United Kingdom.

Whilst each commercial industrial property is valued on an individual case by case basis, depending on factors such as condition, location, amenity and specification, the average price of a warehouse in the UK has increased YoY yet again.
