Solihull Commercial Agents, Shepherd Commercial have let a prime positioned Knowle High Street retail unit to leading vinyl operator Slow Century Records.

The 762sqft retail unit formerly occupied as a card store, has been let within a matter of weeks to the operator – during a time of increased activity on the village high street.

Comprised of an open-plan store with upper level accommodation, the retail unit provided a perfect opportunity to acquire space on the near side of the high street.
