Matthew joins the Solihull office from a half decade of residential experience not limited to national firm Connells.

Matthew will work across a broad range of commercial agency instructions, supporting landlords, investors and occupiers across Solihull, Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

His appointment comes as Shepherd Commercial continues to expand its agency presence across the region, with the firm now acting on a growing portfolio of office, industrial, retail and investment property instructions.
