In a move which sees the former Melvyn Danes Estate Agents double fronted store move away from Shirley High Street, Shepherd Commercial were tasked with dilapidations and re-letting of the spaces.

After a stint of a little over 3 weeks on the market, both units fell under offer to two different operators.
