RICS Commercial Valuers, Shepherd Commercial have completed a total of 39 RICS valuation reports for the entire HCB Solicitors property portfolio.

Following on from being instructed to market vacant space on behalf of the national firm, leading RICS Regulated valuers, Shepherd Commercial delivered reports for the entire group nationwide.

Working to a tight SLA deadline, Shepherd initiated and completed the project in little under 30 days.
